Ishita is an Indian dance and aerial artist who moved to Cornwall,UK in 2021. She specializes in contemporary, physical theatre , aerial silk ,rope, straps and harness based vertical dance .She combines her Eastern and Western practices, working closely with pranayama breath techniques and yoga for centering, grounding and wellness.
She has worked with Gecko, Yskynna, Histeria Nova, C Scape, Incandescence, Omaggio and Danceworx. She believes that movement is a way of life that supports body, mind and soul.
