Gecko is an award-winning and critically acclaimed physical theatre company, founded in 2001 by Artistic Director Amit Lahav. Our mission is to deepen human connection through physical, visual, and visceral performance — creating opportunities for people to connect with our work and with each other.

We’re excited to offer discounted educational workshops to schools and colleges who make a group booking to see The Wedding at Sadler’s Wells East in January 2026. This is a unique opportunity for students to experience Gecko’s dynamic work live on stage, then explore our world further through a hands-on workshop.

Gecko is a recommended practitioner on various GCSE, A/AS Level, and IB syllabuses and we’re proud to inspire young and diverse audiences across the UK. Led by experienced facilitators, our workshops give participants hands-on insight into the creative processes used by Gecko performers - exploring how we build narrative, character and emotion through the body.

Schools making a group booking for this production will be eligible for a discounted workshop in 2026.

Discounted Workshop for Private Schools

Full Day (up to 7 hours inc. lunch break) - £550 (exc. VAT)

Prices are excluding expenses and are based upon one practitioner delivering the session.

Please note: the workshop must be booked within 2026 to receive the discount.
